The Presiden of Indonesia Joko Widodo said that Puncak Waringin as one of the tourist attraction in Labuan Bajo would be the centre of Craft.
This was said by Jokowi during his recent visit to Labuan Bajo.
"There will be a city walk, a Plaza, an amflitheatre, it will become a publik open space that can be enjoyed by the tourist in the afternoon or in the evening," Mr President told it this week at Puncak Waringin Building.
The president also said that the government plans to provide training to local people in Labuan Bajo, especially in the micro industry sector.
"The government will provide the train related to the toursm sector, for local people (in Labuan Bajo), we hope theirs local brand will be provided here,"Jokowis added.
Previously the president of Indonesia, Joko Widodo wanted the development carried out in Labuan Bajo to have an imppact to the small comunity, and local people.
"We want the development carried out by the government to be truly felt by the local people in Labuan Bajo," Jokowi said when chairing a limited meeting at Plataran Hotel Labuan Bajo this week.
Mr President also wants the tourists who come to Labuan Bajo, west Manggarai regency, East Nusa Tenggara to stay longer.

To relize that plan, Jokowi has announced Labuan Bajo as a Premium Class destination at the end of last year.
"Premium tourism area means we expect there to be differentiation from other places ( tourism), we expect here (Labuan Bajo) to spend more, stay longer, we expect it," said Jokowi.
West Manggarai Toursm office as a district that houses Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara recorded the number of tourist visits to Labuan Bajo during 2019 increase when compared to 2018.
In the 2018, the number of tourist Visits to Labuan Bajo reach 163.807 people, while in 2019 it increased to 184.206 tourists.
Manggaraians people should see it as an opprtunity for doing business in every sector it will become a good opportunity.
The nomad must return home to Manggarai, to start a new life bulid Manggarai on our own land.
